Fused Glass Coasters

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn the techniques and innovations of working with fusible glass, frit and stringers to create your own unique coaster set. Each student will create 1 set of 4 coasters. Projects will be fired and ready to be picked up the following week.

For your safety and ours, we ask that you wear a mask in the studio at all times. Students will be assigned a station with your own grinder and tools which will be disinfected before and after the workshop.

Fused Glass Plate/Bowl

Create your own one-of-a-kind fused glass plate.

In this 2-hour workshop, students will learn the fundamental for working with and creating with fused glass. Students will have a wide variety of molds to choose from and a huge selection of glass, frit, stringers and powders.

All materials are included in this one day workshop; specialty glass can be purchased during the class. Projects will be ready to pick up during the following week. Get your friends together and come in for a great time! Larger molds available for an additional cost.

Slumped Votive Holders

Create your own slumped glass vase. Students will use fusible glass, frit and stringers to design your own slumped vase or votive holder. Each student can make 1 large, or two small pieces. They will be fired in the kiln and ready to be picked up the following week.

Fused Glass Garden Stakes

Create your own one-of-a-kind garden stakes. Each student will use glass, frit and stringers to create their own unique pieces ranging from 12in-14in. Garden stakes will be fired and attached to copper tubing so that it can be displayed in a garden or in a planter. Pieces will be ready for pick up the following week.

In this 4-week watercolor class taught by ShawnaLee Kwashnak, we will take our inspiration right out of 12th century manuscripts that were illuminated with incredibly detailed paintings of flora, fauna, fruits, and seeds! The first class we will focus on exploring and getting comfortable with the drawing and painting techniques involved and follow up by creating Medieval inspired paintings. A pdf of our subjects will be emailed to you for convenience. Please be sure to sign up early to save your seat.
