Art by Bruce S. Clark at the Woodbury Public Library

Self-taught artist Bruce S. Clark has painted for pleasure and relaxation for over 50 years.  His paintings, eclectic abstractions of brilliant color, will be on display in the Library’s Gallery .  As a child, Bruce Clark always enthralled by the effects of kaleidoscopes, the color spectrum, and all things vividly colored and electrifying to the eye.  Although he’s had no formal training as an artist, the desire to work within the genre of colored abstracts gnawed at his creative soul.  Clark continuously experiments with new materials and techniques, and has amassed a large collection of these eclectic musings that he’s delighted to share them with the viewer.
