Help Market the Arts with the ACC!

The Arts & Culture Collaborative  has a job opening for a part-time Marketing & Membership Associate. This position will support the administrator and committee chairs with a variety of duties, focusing on marketing and membership for the Arts & Culture Collaborative, Waterbury Region. The ACC is a regional service arts organization focusing on promoting, connecting, collaborating and advocating for the arts in 16 towns. The position currently allows for 15-20 hours per week (hybrid of in-office and remote hours can be arranged).

Tasks and responsibilities may vary weekly, but will include:

  • Help maintain ACC website
  • Update and monitor social media
  • Create online newsletters in Constant Contact or similar program
  • Create quarterly online Flipbook based on member event submissions and news
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Data entry
  • Member communications, assistance

Required Skills and Characteristics:

  • Experience with database systems and email marketing
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media and website management
  • Self-motivated
  • Customer-service focus

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with InDesign, Canva, or similar software
  • Basic graphics skills
