Grief is often experienced in community however it is a uniquely personal and individual process. Research shows that writing can be a healing way to deal with challenging life situations such as loss, illness, and stress. Our 3-week workshop will allow participants to explore their own writing as a path through grief and healing. The 3-week workshop is $100 and seating is limited.
