Award winning photographer Sal De Fini teaches this 3-day mini course on turning your ordinary snapshots into photographs. The course is designed for the individual who wants to move their picture taking experience to the next level. In this course, students will learn the most important settings on their cameras, what the settings do, how they work, and most importantly how they affect the image that is being photographed. No longer will the camera decide how a picture will look, you will! Composition will be reviewed focusing on what makes an interesting photo.

Students are required to have a digital SLR camera or advanced point and shoot camera that has the ability to change settings.  Students will need to know how to locate and change the settings on their own cameras.  Students will be asked to bring in 2 photos that will be reviewed in class with gentle critique.
