Mindfulness with Ranji

Learn to create more peaceful and calming thoughts with the help of Mindfulness teacher Ranji Latchmansingh. During these sessions, Ranji will teach the foundations of Mindfulness which will help you manage life’s stresses. Select in-person or virtual at registration.
